THE INSPIRATION
For one whole day, we are diving into our inner realms. Through immersing ourselves into the autumnal abundance of seasonal ingredients, blooms and wilderness, we can tap into our own unique creative expressions. By allowing “what is” we can foster the connection to all there is. Within and Without. It is this connection to the blooms, the branches, the shapes, forms and colour that offers us the space to replenish.
Accompanied by earth-honouring rituals and heartwarming seasonal food, I am sharing floral-design techniques and processes that allow you to play, to experiment and to tap into your own voice of creativity through all that the natural world offers to us:
It is a space that is free of judgement but that of an invitation to simply be.
Together we will replenish, rejuvenate and restore within the picturesque hills and atmospheric environment of the romantic retreat-hotel “Ebenrieder”

Just beyond the rolling hills located at the foot of mount “Auerberg” lies a mesmerising atmosphere.Surrounded by a historic romanticism and touched with a playful contemporary mindset, the Ebenriederwill be our refuge for the day.
Here we are embracing the beauty that roams through the rooms, surrounding ourselves with the idillic views of the autumnal landsapce and experiencing the heartfelt passion of our hosts that is distilled into the seasonal culinary experience that draws from the cyclical rhythms of nature.
